Detailed Instructions for the application of Pain Management Formula (PMF)
Directions and dosage:
Before using PMF for the first time, test for allergies by placing a small amount of the product on your skin: Place a small drop on the inside of your wrist. If no redness appears within 30 minutes, there is no allergy to the formula. We strongly suggest that you carry PMF with you at all times in case of emergencies or a sudden outbreak of pain. Before each application shake the formula well and apply as directed below onto the affected area. PMF contains highly potent ingredients. Please note that chronic conditions require 4-6 daily applications. Acute conditions require significantly less. For frequent applications, wear medical gloves to prevent any irritation of the palms.
Foot Pain
- At bedtime, gently apply (do not rub) 1-2 drops to inflamed bursae (bunions or hammertoes). Cover with warm socks and leave on overnight.
- Heel Pain: At bedtime, place a few drops on a band-aid and then affix band-aid to heel center. Cover with warm socks and leave on overnight.
- Plantar Fasciitis: At bedtime, place 5 to 10 dropps of PMF into your palm and gently massage into affected area of each foot. Cover with warm socks and leave on overnight.
- Ankle sprains: Apply icepack onto ankle for 10-15 minutes. Remove and then apply ½ 10 dropps of PMF to ankle and then cover with an ace bandage or anklet.

Muscular pain, Aches in Joints (Pelvis, Knee, Ankle) Sprains,
Tendinitis, Shoulder Bursitis, Tennis/Golfer Elbows
Knee Pain
Place 10 dropps of PMF to the aching area and gently spread around the joint or effected area. Then wrap the area tightly with a wool cloth overnight. Most people will feel a warm sensation and a light tingling within a few minutes. For chronic conditions, repeat this procedure 4-6 times daily for 4-6 weeks as needed.
Please note: PMF should not be rubbed onto sensitive skin areas such as the back of the knee, underarms, or the inside elbow since this may cause irritation.
Multiple Joint and Muscular Pain (Arthritis/Fibromyalgia/Gout)
- Arthritis/Fibromyalgia: place 3-4 drops onto the heel of each foot and massage well. (The heel is the best location in the body for the essential oils of the body to be absorbed into the bloodstream). Choose the joint causing you the most discomfort (for example, the knee). Apply ½ dropper and wear a knee brace overnight. Use as many times as needed during the day and after a few days, the pain will begin to subside. Afterwards, apply daily at bedtime and leave on overnight to prevent pain from reoccurring.
- For gout, apply PMF generously 5-6 times daily over affected joint. Do not rub in. Let it dry.
Sciatica, radiculitis, carpal tunnel syndrome
Sciatica pain originates in either the area of the buttocks or the spine. To determine its origin, first apply a few drops of PMF to the buttocks and gently massage. If the pain persists after 30 minutes, the pain is originating from the spine. In that case, apply a few drops onto the affected spine area and repeat 4-5 times daily. Combine with exercise routine recommended by your physical therapist or physician for maximum results. For radiculitis, apply PMF and gently rub along the spine. Cover with a warm t-shirt. For carpal tunnel syndrome, rub a few drops into the affected area 3-4 times daily. Always wear a brace for the duration of the treatment.
Neuropathy of various etiologies
Apply 5-10 drops of PMF onto the soles of the feet and rub into that area and any others where a tingling sensation occurs. Use as needed.
Injuries, lacerations, abrasions, scratches
For open wounds, apply 1 drop directly onto the wound. Cover with a band-aid. You will feel a burning sensation for a few minutes. DO NOT PANIC. If you are taking blood thinners, place a few drops of PMF on a band-aid and place it snugly over the wound. Compress for 2 minutes and then remove the band-aid. For contusions, PMF will help prevent black-and-blue hematomas. First, place an icepack directly onto the bruised area for 15 minutes. After removing the icepack, dry the area thoroughly. Apply a few drops of PMF to the area and gently massage it in. Repeat application of PMF every hour as needed. Apply 3-4 times daily until the bruise disappears.
Varicose veins, Phlebitis
To eliminate the itchiness and painful throbbing caused by phlebitis and varicose veins, apply a few drops of PMF twice daily over the afflicted areas and let dry for 5-10 minutes. Afterwards, put on surgical stockings or support hosiery.
Burns
It is crucial that PMF be applied no more than 15-30 seconds after the burn occurs. A burning sensation will be present for 2 minutes. DO NOT PANIC. In 10 minutes, you will see the results: No blistering or irritation from the burn!
Technique of applying PMF
